Just wanted to post the outcome of our first meeting. A lot of good discussion but the main points and focus of course was on stocking and the Zonal management. The Zonal Management concept was reviewed. Turning Point polling indicated that 50% really liked it, 25% liked it, and 25% thought it was o...

After Stripping your Reels, of course it is now time to fill them up with fresh line. The key word I just used was FILL. Blaise and I had a discussion regarding the accurac...

Re: Ludington Browns
Ludington produced another good batch of browns over the weekend. On Staurday, Capt. Craig and Bradon again took to the harbor in the 14ft. Guppy Getter. They started at the crack of 1 pm after a warm hot lunch and fished until 4 pm. They had 24 fish on and manged to land 15. They were a bit smaller...

Ludington Browns
The 2015 Season has begun in Ludington. Capt. Craig Coleman and his mate Bradon Ingle, my crew on Silver Addiction, started the big lake season on Monday. They were able to launch a 14 footer known as the Guppy Getter out of the Loomis Street Launch. They had to squeeze past some shelf ice and dodge...

Re: Need VHF recommendation
I would recommend an ICOM VHF Radio. This is the same brand I have. They are a little bit higher price, but are worth it in my opinion. I can reach further than most. The other thing is to make sure you have a good antenna, as this is sometimes over looked. Call me with any questions.
